You set a star threshold on each landing page (for example, 4 stars). Customers who rate at or above that threshold see links to leave a public review. Lower ratings open a private feedback form that goes to your Flow inbox — not to Google or Yelp.
Not yet. Flow focuses on collecting new reviews via email campaigns, QR codes, and landing pages. Unified review monitoring from Google and other platforms is on our roadmap.
Yes, on Pro and Premium plans. You can serve landing pages on a custom domain (for example, reviews.yourbusiness.com) instead of the default Flow URL.
